A counselling session lasts 60 minutes. You can stay anonymous. Choose a location and a counsellor, and we will show you free appointments. After booking, you confirm the appointment by email, and then the counselling service confirms it.

3 Language support Do you need an interpreter?

An interpreter translates during the conversation between you and the counsellor. We arrange this for you. This takes time: appointments with an interpreter are available 21 days ahead at the earliest.
