Data protection for online booking

Your trust matters to us. This page explains what this booking system stores – and what it does not.

What we store

• the appointment, location and counsellor you choose
• the name you give – a pseudonym is enough
• your email address, to confirm the appointment and to tell you about changes
• your phone number, only if you give it
• the language for an interpreter, only if you need one
• your message to us, only if you write one
• the language you booked in
• the topic and who the counselling is for, only if you tell us

We use this information only to arrange and confirm the appointment and to reach you if needed. Only our team can see it.

How long

All information about an appointment is deleted automatically 30 days after the appointment – including cancelled or unconfirmed requests.

What we do not do

• You do not receive any cookies, and there are no analytics or advertising services.
• No content is loaded from other servers.
• Notifications to our team do not contain names or contact details.

We send emails to you through the service provider Resend, which delivers them on our behalf.

Your rights

You can withdraw your request at any time using your personal link. You can also ask us directly for access to, correction or deletion of your data.
